Terms & Conditions

By choosing to start a project with me—whether through written confirmation, deposit payment, or signed agreement—you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We offer design, Webflow development, branding, and marketing services tailored to each client's needs, as outlined in the agreed project proposal or contract.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin any project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as agreed in writing.
  • Payments are to be made via wire transfer in EUR or USD or through UpWork contract payments.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 20% per week after the due date.
  • 3. Project Timeline

Timelines will be outlined at the start of the project. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late content, feedback) may affect delivery dates. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

    4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions may be billed separately at an hourly or fixed rate.

    5. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon final payment, the client will own the final design files and Webflow site.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All unused concepts and designs remain our intellectual property.
  • 6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the final product, including website downtime or third-party platform issues.

    7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive project information will not be shared without your consent.

    8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia.

    9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely project, the client agrees to the following responsibilities:

    1. Timely Communication
The client must respond to emails, messages, and requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe (ideally 2–3 business days). Delays in communication can impact project timelines and may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
    2. Content Delivery
All necessary content—including text, images, branding assets, and login credentials—must be provided before the project begins or by agreed milestones. If content is delayed, the timeline may shift accordingly.
    3. Feedback & Approvals
The client agrees to provide clear, consolidated feedback during revision phases. All approvals must be confirmed in writing before the project can move to the next stage or be considered complete.
    4. Access & Permissions
The client must ensure that all required access (e.g., to hosting platforms, Webflow accounts, or domain providers) is granted promptly and that any third-party tools or licenses are acquired as needed.
    5. Decision-Making Authority
The client affirms they have the authority to make decisions regarding the project. If multiple stakeholders are involved, one point of contact should be designated to streamline communication and approvals.
    6. Respectful Collaboration
A professional and respectful working relationship is expected. Constructive collaboration helps ensure the best results for both parties.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges. Inactive projects (e.g., no client response for more than 14 days) may be paused or terminated at the discretion of the designer.
